Courtney Barton – Legal Practice Director
Courtney Barton has been employed in law firms specialising in family law services since 2008. She graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Law with Honours in 2009 and was admitted to the profession as a Solicitor in June 2011.
Courtney has practised almost exclusively in Family Law since that time.
Courtney’s priority is to provide exceptional and superior customer service to her clients by listening to their concerns, offering empathy and understanding, delivering on the promises she makes and providing a service that is tailored to each client’s individual needs.
Courtney understands that her clients want certainty and transparency in relation to their legal fees and caters to that need by fixing their fees.
Courtney provides her clients with sensible, practical and tactical legal advice, to empower them to achieve the best possible resolution to their legal problem as quickly and cost effectively as possible, so they can move on with their life, at the least possible financial and emotional cost.
Courtney is a volunteer at Pine Rivers Community Legal Centre.
George Finn – Legal Practice Manager
George manages all aspects of the firm’s business operations. George has an extensive background in supervision and team management which serves him well in overseeing all areas of the business.
George works well with partnering industries and professionals to ensure that Barton Family Lawyers is equipped to offer a cohesive and holistic response to your family law needs.
George works closely along side the Legal Practice Director of Barton Family Lawyers in offering a sincere and sensitive approach to all of our clients, empathy, understanding and a plan of action that is solution focused and tailored to meet your individual case needs.
George promotes our unique offering of fixed fees for all our services to give you more certainty, peace of mind and control over your legal costs.
George and Courtney work together as a cohesive team to support you during every step of your legal matter, from negotiations, to mediation, litigation and settlement.
